Weekly Yoga and Fitness Teaching Schedule 9/30-10/6

I am really pleased about a  new class starting up Tuesdays and Thursdays at Solo Yoga this week.  This hybrid yoga/fitness class called Tone will focus on developing long and lean muscles.  If you haven’t been to Solo Yoga then here is your chance.  Check it out!  Of course, let me know if you have any questions.  Namaste!
